I bought the game in EA Desktop, but it dosen't appear

I reserved the videogame and I have the 10 hours trial that EA Access gives you, but when the game released it shows me that I haven't purchased the game.

    Yes, it appears in Origin. Does this means I bought the game right?

    I see the game, but it apperas that I haven't bought it.

    @A1VaBoss To confirm you see the game in your library, but it asks you to purchase again? Would you be able to share how it looks on your end?
