I can't connect to the online server

Have the same wording just a different code on mine. I have restarted PC and router. Worked fine until about a week ago. Not sure what the heck they did as nothing has changed on my end. 

Does the error code happen when the game is first launched from the PlayStation dashboard?

Have you tried to fully power down the console?

While the console is powered on, press & hold the power button on the front of the console until it beeps twice. This will fully power down the console.
