There is no microsoft defender (Antivirus) in the list, is it causing this problem? I tried the other method, it didn't work... There are those who say the game mode is on, turn the game mode off and try. I'm going to try turning off the game mode as well.
- @FatihRSPR updated your graphics driver ? Did start game platform as an admin ?
The driver is already the latest version. I also ran it as admin... I deleted the game and reinstalled it. After installing, you know that when you download it to the playable part, it enters automatically. I left afterwards. I'll try to log in again and see if it does...
It was fixed either by turning off the game mode, or by deleting the game and reinstalling it, I think turning off the game mode fixed it. Because I deleted and reinstalled the game before, it didn't improve. I will try for a few more days, if it enters every time, we will have a solution.
