@FatihRSPR updated your graphics driver ? Did start game platform as an admin ?
It was fixed either by turning off the game mode, or by deleting the game and reinstalling it, I think turning off the game mode fixed it. Because I deleted and reinstalled the game before, it didn't improve. I will try for a few more days, if it enters every time, we will have a solution.
