    @creepnpeep I'm telling you that's how I got it to fix. The restore to default only affects the current screen you're on. Regardless of what I highlighted, the RESTORE DEFAULT is the important bit.

Same here. My friends and I can't find a common denominator or pattern. It seems to happen randomly for random squad mates.
