I didn't get season 5 even though you should have automatically gotten it.

I didn't get season 5 even though you should have automatically gotten it. I bought it in the game by paying 1000 BC money. so i want 1000 BC back

I have the ultimate edition.Must have 4 battle passes.I started playing for 3 seasons. There were 3rd and 4th season tickets but no 5th season. ultimate edition has 4 battle pass
