I got banned withou reason and notice

I got banned from bf 2042 but i dont know the reason. Before a BF6 i play a bit just as regular. Today at 10.02 i try play agia before bf6 realise and got the screen i got ban. I dont got notice becu...

Mobil net plus google dns i try connect still this massege, and cant make appael also.
