Just bought it yesterday and I keep having this issue. My games will crash to a black screen. How did you fix this?

Summarize your bug cannot connect to any game for more tahn 5 minutes without getting kicked to the lobby with no error message or anything. this is extremely frustrating as ive tried changing network settings crossplay etc to resolve the issue to no avail. i would like to know how to fix it or at least be contacted by someone who can tell me what is going on
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try playing the game in MP
What happens when the bug occurs? i get kicked to the lobby with no error message. ping is always below 100, download speed for my connection is 50mbps so its not a network issue on my end. numerous people i the discord having the same problem
