I am on Steam and my DNS is set to what you said.
I dont think the problem is with nothing from internet or something like that, i have a friend that has the game from Epic Games Store and it does the same for him, we just have to reopen the game after it boots the first time, after that it works well.
For some reason when i open the game for the first time the image from the current season is not in there just a black screen until it goes to the intro cinematic, the second time i open it, the image of the current season (now season 3, but it did the same all the other seasons) it shows up and the game boots well.

I did it and it is the same right now, i reinstalled the game too, and still the same.
