I need to open the game twice for it to work

I have to open bf2042 twice everytime i open it or i cant play because it opens the game but i get to the intro cinematic but it has no message of connecting or something like that. I have to close i...

Ive had this issue since season 2 update ive just lived with it but it def makes me play the game less...
