I was mistakenly banned from 2042 for cheating.....

I got my response back and they are leaving the ban in place. I have not cheated in any sort of way. I don't know if their anti-cheat flagged my FPS counter or anything else. Is there a way you can please bring this to a higher up? I don't know why I got banned, I truly don't. I have spent over a 100 dollars on this game and I've been banned in less than 72 hours for cheating without evidence. PLease, I have very little to no recourse versus EA. I just want to play the game I bought and paid for.

I just saw an email this morning also notifying me that I’ve been banned. 

I’ve literally played the game a handful of time and NEVER cheated in my life. This is insane.

Good, it's been my experience that nearly all bans are well deserved, and great lengths are taken to ensure people aren't unjustly banned. I am willing to bet there is ample evidence to support the ban. FYI... cheats were available for this game WAY before it was released, so you saying no cheats are out is complete BS.

I was banned once on BF4 for cheating after I installed a video editing software on the same computer.

I have no idea how cheats work in detail technically but to say that there is most of the time sufficient evidence

is questionable. After being angry, I just copped it, bought a new key and played on a computer which does 

not have much else on it. No problem since.

 I know and I understand. I was hoping to see why I got banned. Never used cheats before. But in this case, I got banned without really a ample explanation. I could simply buy another copy but I want to do this as a matter of principle. I've been playing battlefield on this account since BF3. Never been banned but I still maintain my innocents. But I do not believe this ban was justified and may be erroneous. I just want them to to comb through their cheat detection and just be sure that it wasn't something else that flagged it. 

I'm not say it is impossible but unlikely you were banned for no reason. There are several programs that are designed to give you an advantage over other people. Some are graphical and others hide mouse and keyboard inputs to gain aim assist which is the same thing as adding aimbot to a mouse and keyboard set up. Just because it is sold as a legitimate program, doesn't make it not cheating. Anti-cheat programs look for things like this even if it is running in the background for another game.
