Im having really high time nudge and i dont know why

Everytime i play battlefield 2042 i have high time nudge and lag alot 
technical issues

@ATCleeghoofd where do I place when download from steam. I placed in the main folder, but it didn't replaced any file

@DETOX_ANG if ya make a User.cfg , then it should be move to BF2042 installation folder (it should not been saved as an TXT file).
