IN-GAME AUDIO IS BROKEN

Summarize your bug IIN GAME AUDIO IS BROKEN, MIX IS ALL OVER THE PLACE
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play with a headset
What happens when the bug occurs? You can’t tell where the sound is coming from. Everything is muffled and flat.
What should be happening instead? Try older Battlefield titles and maybe Warzone with the same headset. Night and day difference.

This was evident from the beta but i thought it was just a problem with settings: nope. I tried every possible mix but there’s no way to have a decent audio like in older titles. Again, no spatial awarness, it’s like listening to a mono speaker underwater. Audio in your games has always been stellar, please bring the guys back in the mixroom and make it shine as always!

    @ilFrenk still muffled though, but yeah, little bit better. However bfv sounds wonderful on both ps5 and phone, thats weird.

    @EA_Atic so can we al least hope that you will fix this audio? Did you even notice the difference? It is really so uncomfartable to play with it 🤭

    I tryed to use an equaliser and reduce the low frequencies values, it is a bit better but still not good at all.

    Cool, but unfortunatly those who play on ps5 have no any equalisers. I think I have to pray to DICE to make them fix audio ;(

    Series X audio sounds like the audio is playing from underwater. Is really really bad.

    I must admit I have no issue with sound in BF2042 I can 90% of the time identify where footsteps and gunfire is comming from.

    I must admit that I don’t hear the quality of the audio because 90% of the time I’m 100% dying from the gosh darn God Powered, breaking all the laws of physics killing machine known as “THE HOVERCRAFT.”. How that thing made it out of testing is just short of astounding.  Didnt realize EA hired trolls to design weaponized transports for games…. Jesus!!
