In-game Chat hint Button missing on PS5 + game crashes with Chat.

Summarize your bug Hint to what Button to press to open up Chat to type to Team/Squad/Party has been missing since the beginning when the game launched. Last time I saw the hint that this button (R2) was maybe after the first or second update after launch.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any online match either with or without cross play turned on. Then once in a match of any map then press Options on the controller. There is no Hint to what Button to press to open the Chat to type to "Team/Squad/Party".
What happens when the bug occurs? No tip to what Button to press to open up Chat to type to "Team/Squad/Party".
What should be happening instead? Show what Button to press to open up Chat box to type to "Team/Squad/Party".

I have known what Button is to press (Options then R2) since I played the game since launch. I have asked my entire PlayStation Group (nearly 100 players in my "Battlefield 2042 (PS5) Friends" group. All have stated to me the same situation happens to them as well and they would have not known what Button to press if I had not told them about it.

I also find it's not fair that PC players can type after the round has ended and PS5 players can't.

A major bug is if you don't get your message sent on time before the round ends you could end up crashing your game if you go to type the next round it can and most of the time will crash the entire game after trying to open up the chat box and start trying to type.

I have submitted this bug report directly with the PlayStation crash reports.
