You are witnessing what myself and many others have been saying and posting about. The game seems to definitely have a memory leak. I am running 32GB of ram as well and I have the same exact behavior you do.
I have been playing with HWINFO open on a second monitor which monitors literally everything in my pc. It also logs it all so I can review Min/Max/Average of every parameter. I have noticed that after 5, 6, or 7 matches of conquest in a row, often times the RAM starts to climb up until it nearly is at my maximum capacity. Last night however I played about 5 matches and the RAM was still just under 15GB utilized, so the behaviour isnt 100% consistent. One thing seems certain though, if you just keep playing match after match, eventually the RAM usage starts to balloon out of control (typical of a memory leak). Another thing that happens is when the RAM balloons out of control like this, My average FPS drops considerablly. Even sitting at the menu screen, my FPS will drop from 154FPS (where it sits when I first load the game and sit at the menu) to more like 100FPS or so (varies) My framerate in game will drop from 100-120 down to 75-95 FPS. It is a very noticable drop in average framerate. My GPU usage also shows a linear decline in utilization at this same time. CPU is of course at 100% no matter. So, something is definitely occuring with long playtimes in this game where performance just degrades, and RAM utilization balloons. Once the game gets into this state, I can restart the game and im right back to 120FPS in the first game. Literally a 20 to 30 FPS increase from just restarting the game.
