Increasing RAM usage after every game
This is happening to me every time I start BF2042. First game RAM usage is at 7-8GB. Second game 8-10GB. Third game 10-12GB. Fourth game 12-16GB. Anything after the fourth game is 16GB which is max for my system. FPS drops drastically once at 16GB which isn’t surprising. Only thing that works in reloading BF2042 and same thing happens after game four. Why is this? Anyone having the same issue? Any workarounds for this?
- @pillow4444 It's a memory leak and I hope it will be patched on the 19th, otherwise there will be no joy for a lot of people. The only thing you can do is try to tab out of the game between rounds and see if that dumps the ram block, or like you said, restart the game. There are other methods to clear the ram space, but I won't post them here.
