Infinite Loop on Startup & Trouble Adding Cross-Platform Friend

Hello everyone,

I'm facing two major issues in Battlefield 2042 that are making it difficult to play. I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this and if there’s a solution.

Infinite Loop on Startup
Every time I launch the game, it gets stuck in an infinite loop with a black screen and a space scene, usually with a satellite. The game never fully loads, and I have to restart it multiple times until it finally works properly.

Trouble Adding a Cross-Platform Friend
I play on Steam, and my friend plays on PlayStation. Despite searching for his nickname in the game and trying to add him through EA, I can't find him in my friends list.

I've already checked the privacy settings.
