Hello, Battlefield Community.

The Battlefield team pushed through changes to help reduce black screens upon start up. We are requesting help from the community on letting us know whether this is still impacting players.

We are requesting the following information if you are still having this trouble:

• Do you get a black screen at login?
• Confirm which platform you are playing on
• Did you get this black screen previously?
• Time and Date when did you got it
• If on PC, please include a DxDiag report
