Intel Arc timeout when playing on a map for the first time after driver update

Summarize your bug The first time a map is loaded after updating the drivers, I will time out while connecting to the server. This does not happen with all maps, but does happen with most.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get one of the mysterious Intel Arc GPUs, update drivers and try to play 128 player Conquest.
What happens when the bug occurs? Connecting to the server times out and I have to try again.
What should be happening instead? The server is a bit more patient and waits for whatever shader compilation (or other such things) needs to happen

I'm expecting a response that "Intel Arc GPUs aren't supported", hence no video/time. Otherwise, I'm open to record a video if necessary.
