Invisible Enemies - Repost after update

Today I was playing on Manifest at B1 Objective and I heard someone land near me.  No allies were nearby so I looked around for enemies.  Then a second later an enemy Sundance seems to uncloak in front of me from the ether as she starts shooting.  This has been going on for as long as I can remember.  This seems unrelated to the old invisibility glitch that was fixed because you could see the enemies name while they were invisible.  Also some enemies seem to be able to lay behind a hill and snipe you while not visible..not even visible with a thermal scope.  They just just seemingly shoot through the hill.  Less often enemies get an impossible angle and shoot you from behind a wall your hugging and not peeking.  I can only guess but it seems that all of these issues are caused by some pretty massive desync.
