invisible weapons, vehicles, and players bug!!!

Summarize your bug during a conquest game my gun disappeared along with vehicles and some players were invisible but was able to see flashlights and lasers but all weapons and equipment were fully functional.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

What should be happening instead? they should be visible!
