Irish's gadget should counter Lis

I don't know if you guys agree but I think Irish's APS-36 Shootdown Sentinel should be able to counter Lis' G-84 TGM Rocket seeing as it's also a projectile. With many players using her rocket can essentially prevent vehicles from being utilised in a meaningful way. As a compromise the rocket's anti-vehicle damage or even splash damage could be increased
