it is working, as i guess it is so good, even it is n't perfect and as expected . here is a proof. if he got ban, u receive a mail like that, i got several of them currently. just the bad thing is it have no case number.
how do u send the report? i usually wrote some description, like aimbot, esp etc. in the message box. u should be better to describe what cheat u are encountering in the message box, but not just press cheat, and send it out
