Items locked after reaching requirements

Summarize your bug Leveled up to 16 and leveled up to mastery 1 with the M5A3, but the insertion beacon (unlocked at level 16) and the BCG Light Grip (unlocked at mastery 1) are both still locked. Since then, I have leveled up again to level 17 and mastery level 2 on M5A3 and unlocked the items for both level 17 and mastery 2, but the previous items are still locked. I have tried restarting my game, but items are still locked.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how others can find this, but it just happened randomly that items are locked after reaching the level to unlock them.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are unable to select/use items that are supposed to be unlocked, even after leveling up soldier and weapon again.
What should be happening instead? The items should be unlocked to use as the unlocking of future items are working. There shouldn't be a gap with a locked item in between.

    Looks like issue is fixed. Not sure if globally for everybody or if they did it personally to my account. Anybody else having this issue, please verify.

    @FalconTAMU Got this issue with the hover craft got the TOW missile but not the 40mm grenade launcher, which is arguably the best option. I have reinstalled the game and signed out and in again but still don’t have it all requirements have been met.

    For me, all weapons and vehicles get up to a 7 or 8 kill count and then get locked there. Kill counter never goes beyond 7 or 8. I've played for 12hours now, trying every weapon and every vehicle available to me, and kill count for updrade/unlocks are all stuck at 7 or 8.

    I've had this issue on PS5 since early access launch day (12th NOV) I played as angel pretty much exclusively for the first few days and during one of the persistent error lobbies it must have "unlocked" the skin and playertag from the previous match and equipped them only for the error to reset my characters and loadouts etc... and when I went to equip my new skin found it was locked same for the playercard tag (this was for the night operations skin which requires 5 kills and assists with angel, and the young blood tag which requires 10 kills on foot) considering I'm now level 61 and have the hexmesh skin for angel I think its safe to assume I have at least 5 kills with him same goes for the tag...
