Jets (and other aircraft) crash Xbox entirety

50/50 chance while playing a match, the game as well as my entire Xbox One X, will crash. Haven’t played enough to know if it crashes anywhere else. 

Cannot play for more than 2-3 minutes using a helicopter/jet on the Exposure map. Crashes entire Xbox. Doesn’t appear to happen on any other map while piloting jets/helps.

Summarize your bug Game crashes (completely shuts down Xbox One X) when attempting to pilot fighter planes. This happens 80% of the time per match. Crashed only once while piloting a helicopter. Unknown if this is map specific or type of plane specific. Appears more often with the Russian air raft(?). Xbox is plugged into wall outlet and only crashes at the specific time. Crashes at no other time. No other games are affected.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fly the fighter planes on any map. Crashes within about 2-3 minutes of flying the plane. Occurs in both multiplayer and single player matches.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes. Xbox One X shuts down/power cycles. Cannot return to menu at any time.
What should be happening instead? Not crashing while flying planes.

@5nate1776  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
4. Plug the console power cable back in.
5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Hard crashes have been happening since release for me consistently. Unbelieveable that a "AAA" title after all this time is LEGITIMATELY unplayable. EA absolutely refuses to own up to it. I'll tell you what their response will be. They will blame it on your airflow or temperature even if clearly none of those are the issues, which you will state, and they will in response then blame it on your hardware saying the CONSOLE is the problem. Despite hard crashes not happening in any of the dozens of other games you own and the tons of other people reporting it. So good luck getting any help from these unprofessional, copy paste response * posting, joke of a * "support team".

EA be like, hire an electrician lol
