Keep getting put in the wrong server

Hello, as of today I've been getting put into the wrong server every time I try to join a game. For some reason, the game is convinced that I'm in the US, so it keeps connecting me to these servers located in Ashburn, Virginia. I'm in the Middle East and I usually connect to servers in Europe. I tried to block the Ashburn IP range through my Firewall, but doing that makes it so that when I connect, I get a black screen and I get moved back to the lobby. I think this means that the game really does think I'm in the US and it's not searching outside of the US for games. What do I do about this?
