A quick solution that worked for me was to open the following file:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings
Open PROFSAVE_profile with notepad.
Change this line:
GstKeyBinding.gunner.ConceptSwitchInventoryItem.0.button 33
to:
GstKeyBinding.gunner.ConceptSwitchInventoryItem.0.button 67
That will change the Gunner Switch weapon key bind from F to F9. (just an unused key for when Gunner)
