Keybindings not working at all anymore

I dont know why but last week suddenly my keybindings stopped working entirely, so i can only play with the default settings, is there any fix for that? i already tried to delete the cache, uninstall...

    @AfRo_HoRmEr  worth trying to do a clean boot to eliminate any programs that can cause interference.

I',m facing same issue my keybindings are not working at all, it is getting reverted back to default and i have restarted my device as well as game but nothing changed i have tried several times only thing i haven't tried yet is reinstalling.

Here is my DxDiag
