Keybinds not working

Summarize your bug Keybindings to not work properly. I'm playing with arrow keys and do a lot of rebinding. E.g. - "Enter Vehicle" is on E, Open Chat on ENTER. I switched chat to "T" and Enter Vehicle to "ENTER". While T is working for chat, I sometimes get open chat when I press ENTER (I do enter the vehicle, but also chat opens) 2nd example: SKIP CALL REVIVE Key bind to PAGE_DOWN - it is also displayed when I'm downed - but I have to press SPACE to skip downtime... Thats only 2 examples. It did not work in BETA, and now it is still broken.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change key binds from standard to another key, esp. for skip downtine and enter vehicles/use chat
What happens when the bug occurs? I'm stuck in a car and have to close chat first to go on, also when getting attacked, I barely can get out of a vehicle in time, when I additionally have to close chat again ^^
What should be happening instead? Keybinds should work for the key they are bind at
