Keyboard/Mouse input randomly Freezing

It's been like this since launch. Everyone I've seen report it has a different "temporary fix" that doesn't work. In the latest episode I disabled in game voice because people say you guys (DICE) need to fix the game's DAC problem (My mobo has 2 built in I can't disable) The game itself DOESN'T FREEZE only the INPUT FREEZES and I can either wait it out for a minute or so, or I can force it by unplugging and replugging the mouse and keyboard. These aren't solutions to the problem and I am tired of waiting all this time for one to no avail, so now I am here asking for the solution.
