Try validating your game files on steam. I had the same issue and when I checked mine I was missing 4 of the files from update 3 about 6 mb. That seemed to fix it for me
- 4 years ago@JBtags92 This fixed it! Thanks!
- 4 years ago@JBtags92 I've tried this and it still doesn't work.
I've also tried:
Everything mentioned on this page - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
Restarting my router
Assigning a static IP to my PC
Enabling UPnP
Changing DNS
Any other suggestions?- 4 years ago
I was having issues with connection when it first launched with high ping and dropping out. Something I came across was checking you ping to your computer. In command prompt type (ping www.xifinty.com -t) that with run a loop of checking pings. Let that run for about 30 pings then ctrl c to end it. Look at the latencies should be similar numbers with no big deviations. Also look to see if there is packet loss. It tells you the percentage of loss. I was losing about 35% of the data so I called my IPS and they did a reset from there side and things where much better for me after that. Hope this helps and good luck
- 4 years ago@JBtags92 Didn't help. I already ran these checks to www.google.com. Tried the same for www.xifinty.com like you suggested. My pings are extremely stable 3-4ms with no packet loss. Seems like speaking to my ISP is the only thing left that I can try...
