Kicked from Server to Main Menu after a minute - NO ERROR

Summarize your bug After joining a match I am kicked back to the main menu after only a minute or so, sometimes less than a minute This happens on all servers including Breakthrough, Conquest, Portal, and Hazard Zone
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch game and run a game mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? After joining a match I am kicked back to the main menu after only a minute or so, sometimes less than a minute This happens on all servers including Breakthrough, Conquest, Portal, and Hazard Zone
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play for more than 30 seconds

  • Try validating your game files on steam. I had the same issue and when I checked mine I was missing 4 of the files from update 3 about 6 mb. That seemed to fix it for me

  • For me it was a complete uninstall of Origin and BF2042, and then a manual wipe of Easy Anti Cheat and any Origin/BF2042 in program data, I also started using EA Play as someone else suggested that. Maybe there is a conflict with drivers, but a reinstall allows you to use the latest.

    After several days having this issue and trying a few solutions found here and on reddit, today I've uninstalled the game, removed everything Battlefield related from my PC and made a fresh installation. The problem is still there. Just in case you're thinking to do the same. Only at one point (before the fresh install) I managed to join a game that was unplayable having a ping of over 250ms. Not sure if this is related with the issue but just for info, might help.

    Im having the same issue. It started happening randomly 2 days ago. No changes in my PC or network i tried opening DMZ and ports cause i though it was a server issue. I unistalled the game and origin and did a fresh install that let me play 2 games i though it was fixed but nope went back straight to the issue. I had a driver update i did it and no change. Man this issue sucks i just want to grind the BP 

  • Update: After Testing everything opening ports in my router, DMZ firewall reinstaling the game in a different SSD. I did a clean boot of the game folling Fix #7 on this article. Meaning there was a background app messing with the game. So i only left discord and steam on startup and been testing for 2 hours and all the games i got in. Hope it helps

  • For me it was process Lasso. I had been using that to prioritize Star Citizen but it runs in the background on boot. This was preventing the game from starting. As soon as I nixed the program. It connected. 

  • Still same issue. Reinstalling the game doesn't fix it either.

    I have it on the EA App and its quite frustrating.

    Same here. After latest BF update. Keep getting kicked out of the game after about a minute or two.

    I just bought the game and am having the same issue. I'm in the game for about 30 seconds and then get kicked. Where are error logs stored? At least if I could find the error log I would know what is causing it.

  • I just replied in another thread, but I'll reply here too, maybe it will help someone. I was thrown out with a connection loss error, maybe not exactly your case, but still try disabling tsp/ipv6 in your network card properties. It worked for me.
