Kill feed doesn't switch to other modes

Summarize your bug Whenever i want to switch to a different Kill feed it doesn't change anything and is always on "Squad only", i would usually go for "all" but after toggling the menu option to "all" it doesn't change anything in the game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For me it is basically a part of my game and it should be easily recreated by trying to change the options toggle of the type of kill feed to "all" instead of the default "squad only". Note: this happened on the beta as well on my laptop and now it is the same even with my brand new PC.
What happens when the bug occurs? Kill feed doesn't switch to the intended mode (either "all kills" or "nearby only").
What should be happening instead? It should toggle the kill feed to the other options listed.
Happened in the beta and also in the full game. Game modes don't change anything as this happens both in rush and conquest and in the portal modes too.
