kill log only displays squads kills no matter what setting is used

Summarize your bug Despite selecting the option in kill log for anything other than Squad, only the squad kill log is shown.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open options menu, navigate to HUD General settings and select any of the options under "Show kills made by" apart from "Squad"
What happens when the bug occurs? Only the Squad kills are shown.
What should be happening instead? the kill log should show whatever option you have selected, such as "Team" or "All".

I start off with All, then switch to Team and there is no change and all I see is the Squad kill log.

    Dude this is such a big deal for me. I thought I was the only one and was going crazy, I went on to twitch and youtube to watch games and it doesn't seem like anybody has kill logs for anything other than squads! But somehow nobody is complaining. I kept getting killed by this one guy in one of the objective today, and it's so hard knowing whether he's still alive around the objective or not because it won't show the kills my team made.

    @ricki182 Nearby is not working either. No matter what option is selected only squad is shown. They could add it to the known issues.

    @ricki182 I absolutely don't get it why nobody's complaining about this. So annoying. I was running in circles to find that foe who was already killed. I hope they fix it soon.

    Bump! For visibility. This still has not been addressed by EA and no one else seems to be talking about it, which is frustrating.

    Can EA/DICE please address this!?!?! I'm having the same issue here! I'm on PC and it only shows the squad kills regardless of the settings.

    PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME!!!

    I would have expected this to be fixed in patch #3 since it must be a really simple thing. But it's not. Ughhh. The most basic features do not work in this game, it's a drag.

    Is it a bug or is it just EA trying to prevent people from seeing players doing the 10 HS within 2 seconds routine? 👿

    It shouldnt be that hard to fix and its weird that the game launched without scoreboard, kill log or damage log (network graph).

    All tools needed to have to see if someone are suspicious or not. 

    They had it in bf5 and the engine is the same so shouldt be too hard to convert it to bf2042.

    These tools also showed how big the issue was in bf5 and how little ea did when receivieng legimate reports so you have to wonder why they decided to remove it all at launch for this game 🤔

    Just kidding. 

    Hoping they will fix this soon and also add the damage log/network graph they had in bf5.
