Lack of RAM usage?

Unsure if anyone else has done some real time logging, I recently noticed the lack of utilization.

I have 64GB of ram, please explain why this game only uses at most ~12GB on 128p conquest.

Unsure if this is where the poor performance comes from.

    only uses 12GB? 

    mine uses 14-16GB but I also play on 1440p. 12GB is a pretty fair utilization

    Before the 4.0 patch I was using 14gb on a 1080p on low settings so it seems like the patch lowered ram usage

    just checked mine using realtime logging -  11gig system ram used for me on 128 conquest - and i have a bar graph for my GPU memory and looked about 20% used (11gig card)
