Ladder cancel fly glitch

Summarize your bug I could fly upwards upon getting on a ladder and immediately cancelling.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the green/plant room on the map 'Renewal' and get on the ladder and immediately jump off whilst looking to the right (That's exactly what I did to make it happen)
What happens when the bug occurs? (Shadow replay video attached) Upon getting on the ladder and immediately cancelling I started flying and being able to control my movements whilst doing so (except I couldn't stop going up) After it happened I tried again and I didn't fly but my movements were extremely slow and I couldn't get out of crouched (I forgot to shadow replay that part)
What should be happening instead? I should just not go up the ladder and because I cancelled it should just be normal.
