Lag and packet loss..

I am experiencing excessive lag and packet loss in the game.

When I look towards the enemies in the breakthrough mode, three window signs appear in the upper left part and the game starts to move slowly, there are problems such as the bullets do not go and the gun does not fire. When I look at an empty side, the signs go away and the game returns to its normal state.

There are some troubleshooting steps we can try which may help with the connection issues you've been seeing.

First, I'd recommend starting out with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issues after that please let us know. Thanks!

  • There is no problem in rush mode and co-op part of the game. When there is intensity in breakthrough mode, that icon and signs appear and the game slows down. It's like slowmotion.. so my problem is because of the crowd. It happens in 128-person servers, it happens in conquest mode. It doesn't work in rush mode, it's very fluent and good, what could be the problem? My processor is i7 6700 k, my video card is gtx1070 and I have 16 gb 3600 mhz ram... is the problem related to the servers or is it related to my system and internet?

    Hey @mehmetilker17

I'm leaning toward it being a connection issue based on what you described. Another thing that may help would be setting a different DNS in Windows. I've seen some cases where that can make a difference with similar issues.

You can update the Windows DNS through the TCP/IP Settings. You can find more info on how to get there over at the Microsoft Support website. Choosing the Manual option will let you enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually go with the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but I've also heard that using the public Cloudflare DNS (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1) can also help.

If you're able to give that a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

  • The problem was fixed with the 64-player mode, it was a problem caused by the density.
