    I solved the issue on my end by* completely reinstalling Windows 11.

    I did a full reset, wiping files (I backed up) and applications.

    Since then, this hasn't happened again.

    Hope this helps someone - I'm sorry that this is my only solution, I tried various other things while avoiding a full reset, but alas, that's literally the only thing that worked and it worked perfectly. I can play on full 128 server without even the slightst hitch.

I have this exact same issue. Literally cannot solve it.
Sometimes it's worse than other times, but it's absolutely horrible.

Have you figured out a way around this?
