Hi! I was having the same issue. I had to enable Resizable Bar in my BIOS settings. Took me days to finally figure this out...

It's really incredible how every player has a different way of solving their problems.i will check this out... and see if that works.. one thing i havent done. i posted the pic, becasue it was like or felt like my internet was droppin. or the server were havin issues, but i will do this and let you guys know if this helps,.
