So i have done every possible trouble shooting method for both in game and pc that i can think of... From fresh installs of everything, fine tune on board network card, clearin caches out of my gpu,...

UPDATE!!!
So um, with i guess everything ive tried, so far... amd radeon chill is workin... i have no idea why, but its workin... i havent had or hit any lag for some reason. but with full screen anti lag off, radeon chill at default settings is workin. does anyone know or use this, and if so best idle fps and runnin fps? and ty everyone for helping wit this. if anything else happens ill be reachin out.
