Laser on M344 (Shrouded)

Noticed that after customizing my shrouded M344 build, the blue laser comes back every time i load into a new match. I believe it only happens when I try to not have anything equipped on that top rail slot. If I select the red laser, it does seem to stay from match to match. I would rather not have a laser at all and this is proving to be irritating.

This is on the assault with the following loadout on the M344 Shrouded:

Standard Suppressor

16.5" Barrel

Ribbed vertical grip

30Rd Fast Mag

Standard Ammo 

RO-M 1.75x
