Community ManagerIt seems like the Webroot anti-virus software may be causing this.
Disable that software temporarily and check if you can then play, thanks.
@EA_Barry seriously can we get any kind of update on this? The game is literally, actually unplayable. Only an issue since the new update. Uninstalling the anti virus isn't a fix.

They aren't going to fix it. They haven't replied at all to our valid concerns. What they are quick to fix is removing any forum post criticizing the game.
