Launch recycling

Hi all need some guidance if possible, i launch game form ea dashboard and game cycles to launching game and back to dashboard. Its been two months like this. Any fix from ea for this, not too computer savvy. Thanks in advacw I have a Predator Helios Neo 16 computer. PS It was launching and playing fine in Febraury.

well without a list of what youve tried, if anything, repairing the game from the ea app would be first. I dont recall when but there was an update that had to do with eaanticheat. To narrow down the specifics you can try using windows event viewer
