Yes, if you bought the game on Steam, you need to start from Steam and it will also leverage the EA app. That's highly unlikely to change in the foreseeable future.
If you're playing this game and concerned about the minimal resources running those two services takes, you're going to have much bigger problems. There are loads of other services already running. You may want to check out what other services you have running and how many resources each is taking.
No that is wrong answer I was looking for, I purchased the game from Steam not from EA. I want the game to open only with Steam 1 service. I did not purchase the game from the EAapp/Service therefor the EAapp/Service should not be tagging along with the Steaem/Service. Please fix this otherwise I am not going purchase another game from EA & DICE.

Then do not sell the game from steam sell the game from the EA app.

But ya could also do it by your self.
Buy an EA game at the EA store aka EA APP, instead of 3rd party game library aka store !!!!!
