Lefthanded Key Bindings buggy (Arrow keys on Vehicles)

Summarize your bug I change my WASD to the Arrowkeys because i am a left handed player. But now if i whant do drive (any vehicle and air) and turn e.g. left or right the camera turns instandly to the same direction 100%. I find also camera-bindings in the settings mapped on the arrow keys. i deleted them. But no sucess.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bind WASD on vehicles and pilot to the arrow keys.
