I'm halfway through level 10 of the premium pass but have only received rewards from level 5 onwards - the instant rewards and levels 1-4 are missing.

One of the final issues for us to fix from last week has now been fixed. In rare cases, players earning certain Battle Pass ranks did not receive their unlocks.
They should now find them available next time they login or play a round.

This issue is infuriating when you can see others using the new character and I'm just stuck without it despite being level 7. Makes me not want to play
It's happening to me too. Tier 8, but it says "Battle pass tier 4 required"...

SOLVED REALLY , I'M NOW TIER 18 AND LIS STILL LOCKED , I'M A PRE ORDER PREMIUM MEMBER , OTHER PLAYERS ARE SEEN PLAYING LIS WHAT IS THE ISSUE .
I have Lis unlocked, but I don't have either of the new choppers unlocked and I am tier 15. I do have an open ticket but haven't seen much movement on it after the initial response.
Somehow, on the very first day of the launch i had fourth tier of my battle pass. That mean's that i cant open lis! Also all my premium rewards are missing. Dice, I like your game, please fix it

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? i should be able to select/customise and play with the said specialist, Lis.
What should be happening instead? Lis is still locked for me even though i am at BP level 13, played multiple rounds, every other unlock works except her.
