Lock On sound effect broken?

Title. When I've been using either the Javelin, FXM-33 or the SOFLAM, I haven't been getting the lock on sound effect you'd normally get. No idea if it's just a me thing or if it's a wider bug. Thin...

@EA_Illium  jep stinger has no lock on sound !
Sometime even when flares are done from enemy chopper, stinger doesnt hit chopper/jet !

@Rokebo73 Yep. On PC its not there. While your at it - fix the helis being able to dodge a lock-on. Ridiculous how OP they are now.
