LOD and low quality textures problems on high-ultra settings

Question

When I get into spots with a lot of players the game starts unloading and displaying low detail models of characters and other objects. They will not load back in no matter what I do. The game is installed on a nvme m.2 ssd, gpu: RTX 3060ti with 8gb vram, 16gb of ram, cpu: i512400f

I do have a video of this issue, I will send it as soon as I can and answering the follow-up question: no it does not lead to a black screen after the match.
