Long boot up time and even longer time to join games

Problem: It takes around 10 minutes for the game to start (time between me clicking the Desktop shortcut to launch the game and arriving at the main menu) and it takes 10-15 to go from the main menu ...

@BolivianMobstah click START , click RUN, typ in DXDIAG, press enter
Accept with YES, in the llower part , middle, you can select SAVE.
Save it to desktop and post it here !
