@Rokebo73Did the clean install and problem still exists. I use a desktop. It is a Lenovo T730 I bought in early 2020.
EDIT: Maybe I should have mentioned this before but it's literally only bf2042 that is having trouble. All the other games I play are fine like Apex Legends, R6 Siege, COD Modern Warfare II for example.

I have created User.cfg and tested it with 4 and 6. I think load times improved a little bit. Seems to be more like 8 or 9 minutes instead of 10 but it is still not good.
- 3 years ago@Rokebo73 A new BF2042 update dropped today and boot up still takes a long time unfortunately. Joining games seems to take 5 minutes now instead of 10+ minutes which is an improvement.
